Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to assist in basic food preparation and service in our skilled nursing setting. You will help serve meals to residents and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas under the supervision of the Food Service Director or Cook.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have completed a high school program; GED options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be currently enrolled in a high school program.
• GED guidance and resources available to help you earn your diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service to residents as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
