Job summary

Wealshire of Bloomington is seeking qualified and dedicated care providers in Medina for a year-round evening position. Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for care provider assistants.

Hours are 1:45 PM–10:00 PM. We offer extensive benefits including ICHRA medical coverage, dental/vision, PTO, shift differential, retention bonus, holiday pay, 401-K & Profit Sharing, uniform allowance and tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Qualified and dedicated care providers.
• Willing to work 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for residents with dementia.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain resident safety and report changes to supervisor.
