Job summary

Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ, part of the Guardian family, is seeking a route delivery associate. You will manage time-sensitive deliveries and ensure accurate, secure handling of patient information.

Position requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of related experience; strong organization, problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential. Work schedule is Mon-Fri, 5:00pm-11:00pm with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with pharmacy operations systems is preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most efficient and logical route for each assignment.
• Check totes for facilities to ensure order completeness before departure.
• Deliver totes to facilities in a timely manner and exchange emergency kits as needed.
• Pickup returns and refused medications following safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork accurately at end of shift and present a professional demeanor.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate servicing as needed.
• Follow patient privacy rules and company instructions precisely.
