Mountainland Supply Co. is seeking a Swing Shift Driver to efficiently transport goods on late afternoon to evening hours. You will load, secure, and deliver orders, while maintaining vehicle safety and delivering excellent customer service across routes.

Requirements include 6+ months of medium-truck driving experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a clean driving record. The role emphasizes safety, communication with dispatch, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screenings.
• 6+ months experience driving a medium-size truck.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to drive and stay alert for long periods, including at night.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• OSHA/Federal footwear standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver products to customers.
• Prepare trucks and secure items with proper shipping papers.
• Unload products at branch locations in an orderly manner.
• Maintain truck maintenance records and safe driving records.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Operate forklift to move inbound and outbound shipments.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA requirements.
• Support warehouse tasks as needed.
