Job summary

GRBS in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for the evening shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm (one weekend per month). You will supervise cleaning staff, ensure the building is cleaned to map/specs, communicate with customers, and maintain a secure premise.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, reliability, and the ability to train and motivate a team. You will lead with integrity, ensure consistent performance, and provide support to the crew.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Background check excludes theft, violence, or drugs per policy.
