Job summary

Branchburg Township School District is seeking Substitute Evening Custodians for the 2024-2025 school year. Rate: $20 per hour.

This is a per-diem, non-benefits-eligible position. Performance responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming assigned classrooms, hallways and offices; daily cleaning and disinfection of toilet floors and fixtures; keeping floors clean; cleaning whiteboards; emptying trash; and reporting any property damage to the Director of Building and Grounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum assigned classrooms, hallways, and offices.
• Cleans and disinfects toilet floors daily and cleans all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily.
• Keeps all floors in a clean condition.
• Cleans all whiteboards daily.
• Empty building trash and garbage containers.
• Reports any damage to school property immediately to the Director of Building and Grounds.
