Job summary

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of custodial and grounds work practices.
• Ability to learn how to operate custodial equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Ability to monitor spaces to maintain a safe environment.
• Must understand emergency facility procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform building cleaning, facilities and grounds maintenance in schools and administrative buildings.
• Handle repetitive manual labor with occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Assist during inclement weather as emergency personnel when required.
