BYU Pathway in Salt Lake City, UT invites applications for a part-time Custodian for Evening Shifts at the Global Distribution Services facilities behind Bishop's Central Storehouse. The role emphasizes keeping facilities clean and safe, with events support as needed.

You will work on-site during swing shifts, with a swing differential of $18.00/hr plus $1.00/hr. Training will be provided, and a wholesome team environment is offered in Church custodial services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• English reading and speaking for training and safety purposes.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Able to work with cleaning solvents and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize public areas, offices, and restrooms daily.
• Dust furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Spot clean carpets and dispose of trash.
• Attend trainings to improve knowledge and skills.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow safety training.
• Handle emergency cleanups and report safety issues.
• Follow chemical safety regulations and work in damp or dusty areas.
