GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Lakeview Community Schools. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly.

The Lead custodian will supervise a cleaning crew, ensure completion of tasks, and maintain building safety and cleanliness across the campus. • Must be 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Michigan Public School background restrictions apply (theft, violence or drug related).
• Candidates should be dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication and report to supervisor.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash and perform other tasks as assigned.
