Job summary

SSC Services For Education in Kingston, TN is hiring for full time and part time JANITOR positions. You will help keep school facilities clean and orderly, performing routine cleaning tasks across assigned areas to maintain a safe environment. Location: Roane County School District – 2000 Kingston Highway, Kingston, TN 37763.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:00 am. Pay: $10.00–$12.00 per hour. Prior janitorial experience is preferred; we offer training and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including floors, rugs, walls, and rubbish removal.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves and replaces furniture as needed.
• Sanitizes surfaces and follows eight-step cleaning procedures.
• Cleans walls, windows, furniture, baseboards; maintains a safe environment.
