Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven working experience as Cleaner/Janitor.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety.
• Ability to respond quickly to issues as they arise.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping).
• Gathering and emptying trash.
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Moving and ordering supplies.
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties.
• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment for duties.
