Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with maintenance equipment used on tile floors and carpet.
• Demonstrates safe work habits and safe operating procedures.
• Knowledgeable about housekeeping practices and standards.
• Able to understand instructions and perform required tasks physically.

Responsibilities

• Clean areas assigned by the Night Foreman.
• Replace fluorescent and incandescent lamps in assigned areas.
• Maintain security in housekeeping areas.
• Prepare building set-ups for rentals, school activities, and continuing education.
• Assist with snow removal operations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset records and update inventory as needed.
