Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools is seeking an Assistant Head Custodian Engineer with a valid MN driver’s license and a 2nd Class Boilers License preferred. The role oversees an evening custodial staff, performs semiskilled cleaning and maintenance, and reports to building leadership at Lincoln Elementary in White Bear Lake, MN.

The position is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, pro-rated on 260 days, with the opportunity to upgrade licenses if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in Minnesota required.
• 2nd Class Boilers License requested; Special License considered with intent to upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Performs semiskilled cleaning and maintenance of school interiors and exteriors.
• Supervises and directs an evening custodial staff.
• Work under close supervision of Building Principal, Head Custodial Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Building Operations.
