Job summary

Lehi City is seeking a dependable individual to join the custodial team at the Legacy Center as a Nighttime Custodial Specialist. The position runs Monday through Saturday from 7 pm to 11 pm, within the Buildings department, and focuses on keeping facilities clean, safe and welcoming.

The role requires operating custodial equipment, following directions, and passing a pre-employment background and drug test. Evening availability and professional conduct are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work evenings (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, and the public.
• Must pass a BCI check and pre-employment background test.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of custodial and cleaning duties in the Legacy Center.
• Operate light and heavy custodial equipment to maintain building cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, and public spaces.
• Use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Follow direction from supervisors and work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in maintaining a positive, professional environment for staff and the public.
• Duties include cleaning the Men's locker room.
