Job summary

PK Property Services in Plymouth, MN is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients. Schedule: 6:30pm - 3:00am, M-TH, 5:00pm - 1:30am, F. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Pay starts at $18.00/hr with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation after 1 year, and a $100 employee referral bonus. Must pass background check and be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Background check including E-Verify required
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Self-starter with minimum supervision
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of specified areas to each facility’s needs
• Window washing, sanitizing, dusting
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms
• Completing daily reports for work completed
• Working with on‑site staff to complete daily tasks
