Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an overnight Custodian to maintain a clean, safe facility. Hours are 6 pm to 2 am, with a focus on floors, restrooms, and common spaces, across a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash, dusting, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good client/customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn.
• 2-3 years commercial verifiable cleaning experience needed.
• Ability to stand or be on feet for good portion of shift.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on occasion.
• Ability to accommodate an overnight work schedule.
