Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking dedicated cleaners to perform daily facility cleaning tasks across three buildings. Shifts include mornings with long hours and late afternoon options, offering flexibility Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedules.

You will use ServiceMaster products and follow established cleaning procedures to maintain clean, safe common areas. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, standing).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, and surface cleaning.
• Clean all common areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to required standards.
• Maintain supplies (towels, mops, chemicals, refills) and report needs.

Option #1

Paying $18/hour,

Mondays - 13.5 hour shift starting at 7am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Wednesdays- 11 hour shift starting at 9am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Fridays - 11 hour shift starting at 9am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Option #2

$17.5/hour,

Exchange; Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 3pm

Halsted; Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5pm to 9pm

Warehouse; Mondays only 7am to 9:30am, this can be combined with either of the first two.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated self-starter who can multitask while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, etc..
• Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications
• Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...)

Qualifications:

• Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (20 pounds)
