Job summary

Applitrack is seeking a dedicated maintenance/custodian for Beatrice Middle School. This 12-month, on-site role runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and includes benefits such as insurance, retirement, and paid leave.

You will sweep, vacuum, mop, dust classrooms, wash walls and windows, remove trash, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, and assist with snow removal to keep facilities safe and clean. You may also lift and move supplies, replenish restrooms, and perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and buff floors
• Dust and clean classrooms
• Gather empty trash
• Wash walls, windows, and mirrors
• Performs maintenance and repair on the building, maintenance equipment, office equipment, fixtures, desks, chairs, doors, windows, paint, and other interior and exterior objects
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
• Pick up and deliver supplies as needed
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned by the superintendent, Principal, or maintenance supervisor(s).
