Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Grand Rapids is hiring a Custodial Building Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in the Greater Grand Rapids area. Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am (hours may vary). You will lead a team, ensure quality cleaning, and use GRBS tools to complete tasks.

Requirements include 18+ with valid ID, strong leadership, reliability, and a customer-service mindset. Benefits include holidays, PTO, daily pay, health insurance, 401K, and growth opportunities. Pay is $20/hour plus mileage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Background restrictions per Michigan public schools requirements: theft, violence or drug-related history will disqualify.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, and other duties as assigned.
