Qualifications

• Two years of custodial work experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to pass security clearance and background checks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Plans the daily work activities of the custodial crew and assigns duties.
• Supervises crew to ensure work meets contract standards.
• Inspects buildings to confirm completion of scheduled work.
• Instructs on cleaning techniques, methods, and equipment use.
• Maintains equipment and supplies inventory; orders as needed.
• Maintains attendance records and time sheets; schedules vacations.
• Coordinates with guardians of differently-abled crew members.
• Attends weekly meetings to stay updated on equipment and procedures.
• Conducts safety training and time efficiency evaluations.
• Performs other administrative duties as required.
