Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Custodial Service Worker for the Waco Diversion Center. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00pm–10:00pm, supporting a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors.

As part of the team, you will follow site procedures, operate cleaning equipment, report maintenance needs, and help secure the facility. This position provides growth opportunities within Aramark's global service organization.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Follow basic safety procedures around physical risks and chemicals.
• Maintain friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor.
• Adaptable to guests' needs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets
