Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager in Bridgewater Township, NJ to lead daily custodial operations and ensure a clean, safe environment. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Bilingual candidates are preferred, and the schedule is 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday. The position offers a salaried compensation in the $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 range with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in custodial operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate effectively.
Knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under time constraints.

Responsibilities

Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations.
Maintains communication with and responds to requests of department managers and directors, and other client partners.
Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management in custodial and housekeeping operations.
Reviews job orders and specifications to understand material and labor requirements and coordinates staff and resources.
Maintains compliance with Aramark’s and client’s standards of operation and regulations.
Understands departmental expenses to maintain budget conditions.
