Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a Casual PM Shift Culinary Aide to support dining services for residents in Duluth, MN. You will help serve meals, ensure a welcoming dining atmosphere, and follow safety guidelines.

Shifts are evenings, 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, with every other weekend work. Previous food service experience with seniors is preferred; training is provided to align with Benedictine's values of hospitality, stewardship, respect and justice.

Qualifications

• Food service experience.
• Enjoys working with senior populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas for residents.
• Adheres to food safety and dietary guidelines based on residents' needs.
• Operates, cleans and sanitizes kitchen and cafeteria equipment, and performs general cleaning and dishwashing.
• Actively participates in all culinary trainings.
