Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a CT Technologist for the Long Beach Imaging Center. This per diem evening shift position involves operating CT equipment and providing safe, patient-focused radiologic services in a fast-paced setting.

Under radiologist supervision, you will perform CT procedures on pediatric and adult patients, maintain documentation, and support patient flow while ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' computer tomography experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' general radiologic technology experience preferred.
• Graduate from a CAHEA/JRCERT/AMA approved school of radiologic technology.
• Current licensure required for CRT, Fluoroscopy, or Mammography.
• ARRT registration and state California radiologic health certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify tests to be performed and produce high quality radiographs.
• Ensure patient comfort and positive examination experience.
• Prepare equipment and maintain cleanliness of exam area and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for billing and compliance.

Education

CAHEA/JRCERT/AMA approved school of radiologic technology

CRT, Fluoroscopy, or Mammography licensure

ARRT registration

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
