Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial is seeking a CT Technologist for the Evening Shift. Under direction of the Radiologist, you will perform CT exams, ensure image quality, and manage patient safety with contrast and IV medications.

You will work in PACS as part of a supportive radiology team in Yakima, WA. Requirements include ARRT registrations (Radiology and CT) within 12 months of hire, WA state licensure, and a current BLS.

Qualifications

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiology).
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) within 12 months of hire.
• Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per established protocols.
• Interpret data gathered and provide care appropriate to patient age.
• Position and comfort patients while maintaining safety and using immobilization equipment as needed.
• Administer contrast materials and IV radiopharmaceuticals following department policies.
• Ensure QA and documentation in RIS/PACS and state regulatory requirements.
