Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans and support stroke/trauma imaging in a 13-week assignment. Evenings, 8-hour shifts. Requires ARRT in Radiography and CT and BLS certification, with 1+ year hospital experience.

You will transport patients, ensure universal precautions, operate PACS/HIS/RIS, and maintain image quality. Strong communication and ability to work under pressure are essential to patient safety and care.

Qualifications

• Registered CT technologist with a minimum of 1 year experience in hospital setting.
• ARRT licensure in Radiography and CT.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic CT scans independently.
• Transports patients when needed.
• Observes universal precautions.
• Uses PPE appropriately.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance.
• Maintains archive integrity.
• Follows downtime procedures.
• Performs CT post-processing on workstations.
• Performs QC workstation tasks.
• Has CT scanning skills and cross-sectional anatomy knowledge.
• Utilizes PACS/HIS/RIS and workstations.
• Operates power injectors; CPR trained.
• Adjusts exposure factors; handles equipment.
• Evaluates images and assists patient handling.
• Able to stand and walk continuously.
• Adapts to stressful, emergent situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with CT scanners, injectors, workstations and computers.
