Job summary

Workstream is seeking a friendly, energetic Crew Member to help deliver guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and safe dining area. Candidates must be 18+, reliable, and able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and read safety procedures. Training is provided and schedules vary, including after-dinner shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and ability to work with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
