Allegro Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cook for the PM shift in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role finishes by 8:30pm with no late-night closings, offering a work-life balance in a premier senior living community.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals per approved menus, upholding ServSafe sanitation, and collaborating with the dining team to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cooking experience in a hotel dining or Assisted Living setting.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation and kitchen operations.
• Dependable, team-oriented and pride in culinary quality.
• Able to work consistent PM hours

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to menus/recipes.
• Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor quality, portions and presentation.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and stocked.
