The ideal candidate has 1 year of commercial cleaning experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Timekeeping via phone-based system.

Responsibilities

• Complete work within budgeted time (8 hours).
• Cleaning of a commercial office building.
• Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
• Cleaning restrooms and break-rooms.
• Dusting.
• Trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
