Park View Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the PM shift (2:30pm–10:30pm), full-time (32 hours per week) on a rotating 4-on-2-off schedule. You will deliver routine daily nursing care per each resident’s care plan.

Join a team that values warmth and respect. You will assist residents with bathing, hygiene, grooming, meals, mobility and daily activities, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CNA certificate required in this state; CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Greet residents and escort to rooms; assist with daily activities and personal care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals; ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Document observations and report changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain a warm, respectful environment and follow safety procedures.
