Job summary
People Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Direct Care Professional (CNA) to join our evening team in Massachusetts. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, assisting with daily living activities, meals, and community outings, while maintaining a safe and structured routine.
Openings on 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts are available; part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem positions are listed.
Qualifications
- Must have Massachusetts CNA license.
- TB screening and physical required upon hire and update every two years.
- Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
- Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
- Assist with meal preparation and activities of daily living.
- Distribute medications and accompany medical appointments.
