Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, support meals, and help monitor and document residents' health under RN supervision.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification, are at least 16, and commit to infection control and ongoing training. The role includes an $2,500 sign-on bonus and no union affiliation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; minimum age 16.
• Current CNA certification with the State Board, or in process within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing.
• Collect vital signs and monitor residents’ condition.
• Provide meals assistance and dining support.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Communicate changes to the charge nurse.
