Job summary

Sycamore-Heights-Health-and-Rehabilitatio seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will support daily activities, promote comfort and dignity, and collaborate with a nursing team dedicated to excellence.

Requirements include at least one year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting (preferred) and an active CNA certification.

Qualifications

• One year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Current state certification as a CNA is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vitals, assist with moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing management.
