OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for The Hilltop at Blue River in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Daily pay option is available, with competitive wages and potential raises. Responsibilities include patient rounds, ensuring resident safety, identifying residents before care, and adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed or enrolled as a CNA with certification in nursing assistant.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience during CNA training.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct resident.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled and reachable.
• Other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
