Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Observe and report changes to the nurse; document observations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
