Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision.
• Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding.
• Maintain safety and a clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms.
• Monitor resident status, report changes to nurse, and document care per protocol.
• Support rehabilitative care and residents' social and emotional needs.
