Job summary

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Evening CNA to join our compassionate team on the 2pm–10pm shift. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while promoting independence and comfort.

Requirements include NY CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and availability for evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $27.46, with a $1 weekend differential.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in NY state is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist residents with lifting, transfers, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain infection control and a safe environment.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement care plans.
