Brockton Post Acute Care is seeking a licensed CNA for part-time night shifts (11PM–7AM) in Brockton, MA. Must have at least one year of licensed CNA experience. Earn $17.50–$25/hour all inclusive with daily pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to quality care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment promoting dignity.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
