Job summary

Volunteers of America National Services seeks a dedicated CNA/Caregiver for Elder Homestead Community in Minnetonka, MN. This full-time PM role offers meaningful, purpose-driven work with residents in a warm, supportive environment.

Shift is 3pm–11:15pm, every other weekend. Compensation includes hourly wages with competitive starting rates, plus VOANS benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, eating, toileting) as needed.
• Assist with restorative and supportive care (ambulating, positioning, transfers, skin care, personal care) as needed.
• Assist with IADLs (cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal prep) as assigned.
