Job summary

Rose Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/CNA to join the Clinical Department in Novi, MI. The role reports to the Director of Health Services and is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 based on credentials and experience.

Schedule is 2:30pm-11:00pm with every other weekend off and three scheduled weekdays; flexibility is available when scheduling those days. Benefits include competitive wages, meal per shift, PTO from day one, medical options, HSA/FSA, and a 401K

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• At least One (1) year experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care or skilled setting required.

Responsibilities

• Perform various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed, document administration and any adverse reactions under supervision of a licensed nurse.
