Avenues at Royal Oaks in KEWANEE, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care and support with daily living activities. The role includes assisting residents with eating, bathing, grooming and mobility, and monitoring vitals with reporting to nurses.

Full-time schedule 2pm–10pm with weekend rotation; $5,000 sign-on bonus offered. As a CNA you will help ensure resident health, welfare and safety, while following IDPH HCWR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including eating, bathing, grooming, and mobility transfers.
• Monitor vitals and resident behavior and report observations to the nurse and medical staff.
