Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care as assigned following facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to ensure quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions staff immediately.
• Make beds and tidy bedside/overbed areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and filled and within resident reach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by supervisors.
