FullShift Staffing has secured a special contract in Montana, seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join as a traveler and work on a 1099 basis.

The ideal candidate will be licensed or in a CNA program, with at least 6 months of CNA experience, and a genuine desire to care for the ill, aged, and infirm. English literacy and strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA program or hold a CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during training.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing care per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident IDs before care or meals; report missing ID bands.
• Make beds and arrange bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure pitchers are filled with water within resident reach.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors.
