Spring Oak Assisted Living in New Jersey is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents’ health and comfort. You will administer medications safely, document administrations, and collaborate with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• NJ CMA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders.
• Observe residents for reactions or changes and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses and care team.
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
