You'll assist with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor health, communicate with residents and families, and support therapeutic activities while following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Medication Aide certification valid in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and medications.
• Deliver emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Provide health monitoring and routine vital checks.
• Interact with residents, families and the healthcare team.
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
