Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Michigan is seeking a Crew Team Member to join our closing team. You will close down the restaurant, interact with customers, and help prepare McDonald’s World Famous food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with weekend evening hours. The role also provides Archways to Opportunity education programs, including high school completion and college tuition assistance, to help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for fantastic people to join our closing team!
• Must be available Saturday or Sunday from 5 pm—12 am and for a total of three days per week from 5 pm—12 am.

Responsibilities

• Close down the restaurant, including doing dishes, carrying stock, shutting down machines, and sweeping and mopping
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
