Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Greenfield, IN is hiring a Client Services Technician to join our environmental testing lab. The role involves handling and tracking samples, coordinating shipping/receiving, and maintaining documentation. Training will be provided to learn core lab support policies and practices.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a willingness to learn, and be able to work in a lab setting while wearing PPE, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lab or environmental testing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a lab or office setting, stand for long periods, tolerate odors, and wear provided PPE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping, receiving, processing, and administration.
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, and databases to ensure accurate sample tracking.
• Participate in training on core laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
