Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Micro-cleaner to perform cleaning in cleanrooms, controlled environments and GMP laboratories. The role operates Thursday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and requires strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, one year of related experience or training, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year related experience or training.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
• Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure timely and correct completion.
• Participate in cGMP training, technical skills, safety and performance improvement.
• Document control in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
• Follow customer SOPs in precise detail including documentation.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review changes to cGMP documentation and retrain.
• Assist in cross-training of other personnel.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as defined by supervisor.
