Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is looking for a Cleaner to perform cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, and floors across multiple shifts, with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

You will operate floor scrubbers and vacuums, follow health and safety rules, and report maintenance issues to management. A minimum of 1 year experience is preferred; strong communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas.
• Clean, sanitize, restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
