Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC is seeking a frontline Team Member for an evening shift. You will train in state‑of‑the‑art cleaning and disinfection practices using green‑sealed supplies and equipment. You’ll be the friendly face of 4M, supporting a reliable, courteous, and resourceful service mindset.

The role includes cleaning surfaces, replenishing supplies, and reporting necessary repairs. Some experience is helpful, and employment includes benefits for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed certified supplies.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous and resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces (countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture).
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum areas as needed.
• Identify and report repairs, leaks, or drips to the supervisor.
